IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE SPECIFIC SEATING?
This is currently not planned, however all seats are good. If you have any special requirements please let us know and we’ll do what we can to ensure you have the best experience possible.
CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT REMOTELY?
While AMA will be filmed for the benefit of attendees and AMA members, the event will not be broadcast in real time; it’s a ‘happening’.
WILL THE SESSIONS BE FILMED?
We always film AMA sessions, and along with the presentations themselves, make them available to attendees after the event, subject to approval from the speakers. One of the aims of AMA is to create a customer reference and advocacy knowledgebase, an educational resource for customer advocacy professionals.
WHAT IS THE TICKET SALE POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable.
CAN AGENCIES AND CONSULTANTS ATTEND AMA?
Yes, we understand a large amount of knowledge and innovation sits with agencies and consultants. That said, AMA is a sales-free zone and we operate a strict policy to make the experience a positive and educational one for all attendees. A very limited volume of tickets for agency staff or consultants are available at $1,800. No marketing privileges. It will also be possible for a small number of trusted tier-one vendors to support and participate in the event; special pricing applies; please contact Robin Hamilton. Note: Standard Early bird or General Admittance tickets booked by agency personel or consultants will require upgrading, or will be cancelled.
CAN I SPEAK AT AMA?
Talk to us! If you’re doing, have done, or are set to do something interesting with your program then we (and the community) will probably want to hear about it .
WHAT IS THE EVENT’S COVID POLICY?
We all want to get back together and do so safely. Right now, things are looking OK, so we are increasing the maximum amount of attendees from 100 to 150 persons. AMA tickets are transferrable but not refundable. Should the worst happen, and AMA is cancelled, full refunds will be issued. inEvidence accepts no liability for any other costs of planned attendance (flights, hotels etc.). Finally, as much as we want to see you, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.
This policy is subject to change and any updates or changes to the policy will be posted here and emailed to booked attendees.
CAN I CONNECT WITH OTHER ACADEMY ATTENDEES?
We hope to facilitate this nearer to the time, with session and attendee details.
I CAN’T MAKE IT TO AMA USA, DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER EVENTS PLANNED?
Yes! We’ve just held a mini AMAx in Raleigh, NC, and are hoping to be able to announce AMA Europe, to be held just outside London, later in the year. Also stay tuned for our next AMA in Singapore in the fall.
